WebContact Wizard allows you to build a database easily by opening your enquiry e-mail and asking you to define each field through a step-by-step process. The software includes straight-forward wizard interfaces for most of its functions, so non-technical staff can use this easily without any specialist training.

Once you have configured the software to fetch mails and build data, you only have to fetch mail every time you open the program, and the latest mails will be added to the database instantly. Generating and sending mails is easy as sending a mail from your mail program.

WebContact Wizard can handle removal requests from your mailing lists without your intervention. All you need to do is insert removal instructions in your mail using the 'unsubscribe' button. WebContact Wizard will take care of the rest.
