Getting
started:
WebContact Wizard
is as easy to install as your
mail client, and provided you have access to the
Internet and e-mail accounts pertaining to your
online forms correctly configured, installation
and configuration should not take you more than
a few minutes.
Here are some useful
tips to have in mind before installation:

Ensure
your system has access to the Internet either
through a network or a modem

Make
sure you are using Microsoft®
Outlook or any
MAPI-compliant mail
client chosen as default to fetch your mails.

|
Decide
the domain for registering WebContact Wizard.
If your website is located in www.yourfirm.com,
and the e-mail address to which your online
form submissions are diverted to is enquiries@differentdomain.com,
then the domain you need to register is
differentdomain.com.

|
|
•
|
If
you have forms that are arriving through
different domains (e.g., enquiries@yourfirm.com
and info@yourfirm.net,
then you need to purchase a multi-license.
Multi-licences can be purchased or upgraded
(2-5 domains or unlimited) by selecting
Register more domains from the Preferences\General
menu.
