Ease of use:
WebContact Wizard allows you to define various fields in your web enquirer's e-mail through a step-by-step Mail Mapping Wizard. If you receive web enquiries as e-mail in your default mail client (e.g., Outlook or Netscape),you are already set to start using WebContact Wizard.

Even if your website does not have an online enquiry form at present, you can build and publish a professional form using the software's Online Form Wizard. You can include your logo, colour, description, fields, validations, text links, meta tags and other standard web-form features, and also generate scripts for Unix and NT based web sites. Having created the online form, you can save and amend them as needed, and publish it over the Internet using the inbuilt File Transfer Protocol (FTP) control.

The benefits:
Create instant communication with on-line enquiries
Develop customer relationships and brand loyalty by giving effective customer service through e-mails
Inform your web audience of promotional offers relevant to their interests/enquiry
Save administration time by producing bulk address labels and email responses without compromising your company’s privacy rules
Send newsletters as part of your marketing communications
Reply to technical-support and marketing queries
Coordinate your CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
Synchronise WebContact Wizard with your existing CRM solution
