 This patch can be applied to all users of 1.50.This has got  the following enhancements:

1.

Form building and saving were causing errors for users having European Regional Settings. The new patch performs the function without verifying the regional settings.

  
2.

Creating new tables from the database manager were causing errors while mailing. This patch rectifies the bug.
