Design2 launches unique e-business software
for management of online web enquiries

Design2 Communications,

announced today that they have launched
a unique new software that manages business
critical online enquiries and transforms
online Customer Relationship Management
(CRM) programs.
'At present, most companies incur problems
with the management of their website enquiries.
Frequently, we have been asked how online
enquiries could be integrated into a database
and marketed to in a timely and efficient

extract and import the data into the marketing

Functionality
'We
tried to incorporate comprehensive functionality
for end users, such as the ability to create
an online form that writes to a local database,
particularly useful if new information is
required during a campaign. This saves the
company the time and costs of web designers'

produced specifically with the marketing
manager in mind, we addressed the importance
of producing targeted email responses for
marketing campaigns or other sales promotion.
If postal follow up is required, labels
can easily be produced from a choice of
predefined formats of Avery™ or Dymo™
labels for mailing company brochures".

choice of popular operating systems and
facilities, such as MS Outlook Express and
Microsoft® Windows 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP
platforms ensures users have familiarity
and understanding of the systems. We have
incorporated MS Access as the database format
as marketing professionals tend to use this
format. For companies handling larger amounts
of data, we can incorporate MS SQL or other
legacy formats'

utilises Microsoft® standard features and
functions, making it highly user-friendly."
